Job Description

As an Environmental Quality Division Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our environmental quality initiatives. Your expertise in environmental regulations will help us to ensure compliance while fostering innovation and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and driving strategic projects within the environmental sector.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate policies and procedures to enhance quality management.
  • Direct and oversee team members on environmental initiatives.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to promote environmental awareness.
  • Develop training programs to educate staff on environmental compliance.
  • Review and approve proposals for environmental projects.
  • Coordinate with local councils and government agencies on environmental matters.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars on sustainability practices.
  • Assess the effectiveness of current environmental policies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Environmental Science or related field (desirable)
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in environmental management with leadership experience preferred.
