Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing project lifecycles from initiation through to closure, ensuring that deliverables meet the required standards and deadlines. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverable quality.
• Liaise with clients to align project outcomes with business goals.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Assess and manage project risks effectively.
• Foster collaboration within the project team and cross-departmentally.
• Implement feedback loops to improve project outcomes.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or MBA preferred
• Additional certifications in Agile or Lean methodologies are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects
