Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our financial team in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting and compliance, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and best practices. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Conduct compliance checks and assist in audits.
  • Reconcile monthly financial statements and prepare variance reports.
  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support budget management.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
  • Prepare financial projections and budgetary forecasts.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior accounting staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar financial role
