Job Description

As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients by analysing financial data and credit reports. You will work closely with team members to ensure comprehensive evaluations, impacting lending decisions and financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of financial statements and credit history.
• Provide insights on credit risks involved in potential client engagements.
• Foster relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Participate in credit committee meetings to discuss and influence decisions.
• Assist in training junior analysts in credit analysis best practices.
• Analyze trends in borrower credit behaviour and financial health.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Finance is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a banking or financial services environment preferred
