Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Liverpool. This role involves crafting user interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms. You'll be responsible for translating complex ideas into user-friendly designs that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging user interfaces for campaigns.
• Establish user personas and journey maps to support design processes.
• Regularly review and assess product usability, recommending improvements.
• Mentor junior designers and share knowledge within the team.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or related field
• Certification in UX Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio of successful projects
