Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Malt House Operator. In this role, you'll oversee the production processes of malted grains, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards while collaborating with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of malt house equipment and resolve any issues promptly.
Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
Assist in the setup and calibration of production equipment.
Work alongside the brewing team to achieve optimal brewing conditions.
Evaluate and enhance existing production processes for efficiency.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in malt house operations preferred.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with malt processing equipment
Proficiency in inventory management software

Advantageous
