Malt House Operator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Malt House Operator. In this role, you'll oversee the production processes of malted grains, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards while collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of malt house equipment and resolve any issues promptly.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of production equipment.
• Work alongside the brewing team to achieve optimal brewing conditions.
• Evaluate and enhance existing production processes for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in malt house operations preferred.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with malt processing equipment
• Proficiency in inventory management software

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated malt house systems: Hands-on experience with machinery designed for automated malting processes.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Understanding of safety standards within food production environments.
