We are on the lookout for a skilled Satin Finisher to join our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality finishes on diverse metal products. As part of our manufacturing team, you will directly contribute to the success of our operations by ensuring that all finishes meet our rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a range of tools to apply finishes effectively.
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
• Assist with inventory management of finishing materials.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to promote safety.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Experience working with stainless steel and other metals preferred

Technical Skills

• Sanding
• Polishing

Soft Skills

• Flexibility
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated finishing systems: Familiarity with machines that automate the finishing process.
• Knowledge of metalworking techniques: A broad understanding of different metalworking processes will be beneficial.
