Furnace Setter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Furnace Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining furnaces to ensure optimal performance and productivity in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Set up furnace controls in accordance with production requirements.
• Estimate material needs based on production schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections of furnace equipment.
• Troubleshoot and rectify equipment malfunction.
• Compile detailed reports on production yield and efficiency.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule repairs.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in furnace operation or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in furnace operations or maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent
