Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Adhesive Bonding Machine Operators and Tenders to manage and operate our state-of-the-art adhesive machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate bonding machinery and ensure the correct application of adhesives.
• Perform periodic inspections of machinery and quality of adhesive application.
• Document daily production activities, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Work collaboratively with engineering staff to suggest improvements to equipment and processes.
• Train and mentor junior operators as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation

Technical Skills

• Machine operation
• Adhesive application

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in quality assurance processes: Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control in manufacturing.
