We are seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor to enhance our fleet management efforts in Stevenage. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and team productivity. Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles for optimal performance.
• Manage fleet budgets and monitor resource allocation.
• Conduct performance reviews and set KPIs for fleet team members.

Requirements

Education

• Higher national diploma (HND) in Logistics or relevant field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in logistics

Technical Skills

• Logistics Coordination

Certifications

• National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Logistics
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
