Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Natural Gas Field Processing Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of gas processing facilities. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and safe gas processing operations while managing a dedicated team of field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of gas processing facilities and ensure smooth operational flow.
• Manage incident responses and implement necessary corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimise production and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the gas processing operation.
• Enhance team members' skills by conducting training and development programs.
• Review and update operational procedures to enhance safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
• Additional certifications in gas processing or related fields are advantageous.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in gas processing operations, including previous supervisory or managerial roles.
