Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager at Dynamic Solutions Ltd., you will lead our efforts to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customer support team delivers top-notch service and addresses client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service initiatives and evaluate their success based on customer feedback.
  • Enhance the overall customer journey through innovative solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on customer service best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate reports on customer feedback and service performance for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the service experience at all touchpoints.
  • Champion initiatives that promote customer loyalty and retention.
  • Support the creation of promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Customer Experience or Marketing is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years in a customer-focused role with a leadership aspect
