We're on the lookout for a driven E-commerce Specialist to join our Leicester team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our online strategy, driving sales, and improving user experience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure we deliver a seamless online shopping journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance site functionality.
• Draft clear and compelling product descriptions that drive conversions.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to e-commerce performance.
• Implement A/B testing to improve user experience on the website.
• Enhance mobile shopping experience by ensuring responsive design.
• Train and mentor junior team members within the e-commerce department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management
