Job Description
The Plant Supervisor will oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility in Manchester, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards upheld. This role is pivotal for maintaining efficient processes and driving team performance.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations effectively.
Develop and implement strategies for process improvement.
Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production equipment.
Encourage team collaboration and engagement.
Lead shift meetings to discuss production goals and outcomes.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in manufacturing is preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
