  • Support the Cardroom Manager in daily operations.
  • Monitor player interactions to foster a friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist with scheduling shifts and coordinating team activities.
  • Provide reports on customer experiences and service quality.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure all players are informed of the latest gaming regulations.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives for cardroom promotions.
  • Work with various departments to improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

Experience
