Responsibilities

  • Manage daily client interactions and inquiries professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify client needs and propose solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Track account performance and report insights to management.
  • Assist in the development of account strategies and action plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess needs and performance.
  • Provide training and support to clients on our services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to anticipate client needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer support
