Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
  • Track customer engagement and satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Compile success stories and case studies for marketing purposes.
  • Provide insights to the product development team based on customer feedback.
  • Assist in the creation of customer engagement content for newsletters and updates.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
  • CRM software proficiency Experienced in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships.
  • Data analysis Ability to analyze customer data to inform strategies.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills Skilled in verbal and written communication with clients.
  • Problem-solving Strong capability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Teamwork Able to collaborate effectively within teams to enhance customer service.
  • English (Fluent)
