• Analyse sales data to inform decision-making and improve store performance.
• Collaborate with the regional manager on business strategies and objectives.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment for staff and customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to prevent shrinkage.
• Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate orders.
• Participate in local community events to promote the store.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Retail Management or relevant field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a managerial role within retail
