Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Photostat Operator to join our team. The role involves operating photostat machines to reproduce documents, ensuring high-quality copies are produced within specified deadlines. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality output during document reproduction.
• Adjust machine settings based on specific job requirements.
• Conduct regular checks on machine functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency.
• Train new staff on the operation of photostat machines.
• Provide support for large volume printing tasks.
• Manage supply inventory and reorder materials as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Prior experience operating photostat machines or similar equipment is desirable.
