We are seeking a Broadcast Operations Manager to orchestrate our broadcasting operations in Rotherham. As an integral part of our team, the successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of broadcast services and the effective management of our talented crew.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily management of broadcasting teams and technical staff.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of broadcasting goals.
• Create contingency plans for potential broadcast disruptions.
• Evaluate industry trends and integrate them into our operations.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of broadcasting staff.
• Manage resources for ongoing projects and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in a related field is preferable

Experience

• 6+ years of progressive experience in broadcasting operations management

Technical Skills

• Media Production Software

• Certified Broadcast Network Engineer (CBNE)
