Parking Lot Spotter

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and observant Parking Lot Spotter to ensure the smooth operation of our parking facilities. The Spotter will be responsible for monitoring parking spaces, enforcing parking regulations, and assisting customers with locating available parking.

Responsibilities

• Patrol parking areas regularly to ensure adherence to parking rules.
• Guide customers to free parking spaces efficiently.
• Document and report any violations or incidents promptly.
• Assist in the overall maintenance of parking facilities.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions effectively.
• Work with security personnel to ensure safety within the parking area.
• Participate in monthly training sessions for skill enhancement.
• Maintain clear communication with the management team.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
