Job Description
Join our creative team as a Sound Engineering Technician, where you will manage audio design, recording, and editing to enhance the overall production value of exciting media projects in the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute sound effects that enhance the narrative and emotional impact of media.
Capture high-quality audio recordings in diverse environments.
Create sound effects from field recordings and digital libraries.
Collaborate closely with the production team throughout all project phases.
Evaluate sound quality and make adjustments to equipment for clear audio output.
Document and archive all sound effects and audio tracks for future reference.
Assist in the training and mentorship of junior sound technicians.
Participate in sound design meetings and contribute creative insights.
Foster an environment of teamwork and open communication.
Ensure compliance with copyright laws related to audio materials.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Sound Engineering, Audio Production, or related field preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in audio production or sound design
