We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to drive improvements in our supply chain efficiency. This role requires a sound understanding of logistics management and a knack for problem-solving. You will oversee planning, purchasing, and logistics to ensure aligned operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy development aligned with business objectives.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Oversee the execution of logistics and supply agreements.
• Facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and products.
• Track industry best practices and benchmark performance.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Implement technologies to enhance supply chain visibility.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain.
• Prepare and manage supply chain budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• MBA or similar advanced degree is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations
