Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Salesperson to manage and organize our inventory of parts and supplies. You will work closely with our procurement team and ensure that all parts are readily available for production and maintenance purposes, contributing to our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect all incoming parts for quality control.
  • Ensure proper organization and labelling of parts in the storage area.
  • Maintain digital inventory systems for tracking parts efficiently.
  • Work with sales and production teams to ensure parts availability.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, initiating reorders when necessary.
  • Assist in training new employees on inventory management procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics for parts distribution within the company.
  • Contribute to meetings with the procurement team to enhance stock efficiency.
  • Engage with suppliers for timely deliveries and stock updates.
  • Support customer service by providing technical assistance regarding parts.

Requirements

Education
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in inventory management or related fields are advantageous
Experience
  • Prior experience working in a similar role or within the automotive/manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
