Job Description

The Motor Boss will oversee daily operations related to motor vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections. They will manage a team of technicians and ensure that vehicles are properly serviced to meet safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive technology and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the automotive maintenance department.
  • Implement training programs for new technicians.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure top performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Review and approve purchase orders for parts and supplies.
  • Monitor and manage departmental budgets.
  • Develop strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical or vocational training in automotive technology
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
