Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor who will take charge of our maintenance team and ensure that our fleet operates at optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, alongside strong leadership skills to guide a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance team in executing repair and maintenance tasks with a focus on efficiency and safety.
  • Create and maintain a detailed log of all work performed, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to enhance overall team performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
  • Engage with drivers and staff to gather feedback on vehicle performance and requirements.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of new maintenance staff.
  • Participate in budget planning for maintenance operations and equipment procurement.

Requirements

Education
  • HNC in Vehicle Maintenance or Automotive Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
