Job Description
Join us as a Home Health Aide, where your role will be to support individuals living with health conditions. Providing personal care and emotional support, you will play a crucial part in enabling our clients to lead fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities
Help clients with personal hygiene tasks and daily living activities.
Document interactions and care provided in clients' records.
Socially engage clients, promoting mental stimulation and companionship.
Assist healthcare teams with client assessments and care updates.
Maintain a safe environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Manage client medications, ensuring accurate dosage and timing.
Provide transportation support to appointments as needed.
Coordinate with family members regarding client care needs.
Use electronic health record systems for documentation.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and concerns.

Education
Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care
Experience
Experience with elderly or disabled clients preferred
