Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Librarian and Media Collections Specialist to develop and implement effective circulation strategies, manage media collections, and enhance our distribution processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with editorial and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage subscription campaigns to enhance readership.
• Oversee distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery of publications.
• Analyze circulation data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage external partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
• Lead and develop a team of circulation professionals.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Report on circulation performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Advocate for innovative solutions to improve collections and distribution.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
• Master's degree in Library Science is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing media collections or circulation.
