Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials. Ideal candidates will have a keen understanding of clinical protocols and a commitment to high standards in data quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monitoring visit reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure proper training is conducted for all staff involved in the trial.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of clinical trial sites.
  • Monitor and manage adverse event reporting and documentation.
  • Act as the primary contact for trial sites and provide continuous support.
  • Contribute to the development of study materials and training content.
  • Assist in the preparation of study and safety reports for stakeholders.
  • Evaluate compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in study team meetings to discuss progress and timelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced degree in Clinical Research or related field is a plus

  • 3+ years of clinical trial experience
