Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve their physical health and mobility. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify patient care needs through evaluation and assessment.
  • Establish outcomes for physiotherapy interventions based on evidence-based practices.
  • Adapt physiotherapy treatments in response to patients’ requirements.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on skill development and support.
  • Engage in case discussions and collaborate on patient management strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe therapeutic environment.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to measure treatment effectiveness.
  • Encourage and motivate patients to adhere to their rehabilitation plans.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and patient communication.
  • Network with other healthcare providers to enhance referral processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
  • Membership in professional physiotherapy associations is a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a physiotherapy role within the NHS preferred.
