Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef Manager to lead our pastry section in Harlow. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite desserts and managing a team while ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the pastry team to achieve exceptional quality in all baked goods.
  • Develop new recipes and techniques that align with restaurant standards.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure timely production of pastries.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on baked items.
  • Assist in menu planning and cost control.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a pastry kitchen environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
