Job Description

We're seeking dedicated Assemblers and Fabricators to contribute to our innovative projects. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks on a variety of components.
• Ensure all products meet performance and safety standards.
• Work with engineering to resolve design and assembly challenges.
• Maintain production equipment in good working condition.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to verify accuracy.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions to produce quality products.
• Document production data and reports as needed.
• Assist in the training of less experienced staff.
• Contribute to workplace safety programs and culture.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 in Engineering or equivalent
• Apprenticeship in Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in assembly or fabrication

• Welding Skills

Certifications

• Welding Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D printing technology: Knowledge of additive manufacturing processes.
