Job Description

We are looking for an experienced EAP Consultant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide vital counselling services to employees navigating personal or work-related challenges, while also promoting a culture of mental well-being within the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee assessments to identify mental health needs.
  • Offer confidential counselling services tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Design and conduct training sessions to raise mental health awareness.
  • Work in tandem with HR to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Provide insights on organisational health and employee well-being.
  • Assist in managing crisis situations with appropriate interventions.
  • Educate employees about available resources and support services.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Relevant certification in counseling is essential
Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role or setting

  • Case Management Software

Certifications
  • Registered with BACP or equivalent
  • First Aid in Mental Health certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
