Job Description

As a Clinical Researcher, you will play a crucial role in conducting and coordinating clinical research studies within the healthcare sector. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure the successful execution of clinical protocols while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews and assist in developing study protocols.
  • Coordinating study visits and follow-ups with participants and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintaining study documentation, including informed consent forms and regulatory submissions.
  • Assisting in the analysis and interpretation of study findings.
  • Contribute to the preparation of scientific reports and presentations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulatory and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to junior research staff.
  • Facilitate communication across various departments to ensure study objectives are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
  • Master's degree or PhD in Clinical Research (preferred)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical research with demonstrated proficiency in trial protocol development.
