Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data Science Manager to lead our analytics team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of data science methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. You will drive innovative data strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of insights that propel our decision-making process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of predictive models and data analytics solutions.

  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to streamline data pipelines.
  • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on data insights interpretation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Master's degree is desirable
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics or related field, with some leadership experience preferred
