We are actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chain processes and ensure the seamless operation of logistics services in Swansea. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight carriers to arrange shipments.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and vendor deals.
• Implement logistics best practices to minimize costs.
• Report on key logistics metrics and performance indicators.
• Advise on the design and layout of logistics facilities.
• Conduct risk assessments for logistics functions.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff where required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management

Certifications
