We are looking for Aerospace Engineering and Operations Technologists and Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise and support in aerospace engineering projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse project requirements to provide accurate technical solutions.
• Develop prototypes and assess their functionality through rigorous testing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source necessary materials and components.
• Utilise computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce technical drawings.
• Lead training sessions for junior engineers and technicians.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
• Identify areas for improvement in current processes and suggest enhancements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress.
• Ensure consistency and quality of work through regular peer reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar discipline
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace operations.
