Curing Press Maintainer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Environmental Remediation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of assessing contaminated sites and developing effective remediation strategies. You’ll work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure environmental safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot curing press machines to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure smooth operation.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and provide solutions accordingly.
• Replace faulty components such as motors, bearings, and belts.
• Calibrate curing press machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct safety checks adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Document maintenance activities and machine performance.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in mechanical or industrial maintenance is desirable
• Additional training in curing press maintenance is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintaining curing press machinery

Technical Skills

• PLC systems knowledge
• Predictive maintenance techniques

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Health and Safety Compliance Certification
• Technical Maintenance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of predictive maintenance: Experience in using condition monitoring techniques.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES): Experience with software tools for monitoring production processes.
