We are seeking a knowledgeable Copyright Expert to ensure our compliance with copyright regulations and protect our creative assets. Your role will involve conducting research, managing copyright processes, and educating our teams on best practices within intellectual property law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research on copyrights and related laws.
• Offer robust advice to internal teams regarding copyright issues.
• Inspect content for any instances of copyright infringement and recommend actions.
• Draft key legal documents to manage copyright affairs.
• Oversee the processes of copyright registration and maintain renewals.
• Keep informed about changes in copyright law and media trends.
• Work alongside the legal department on copyright infringement cases.
• Educate team members on the importance of copyright compliance.
• Ensure the enforcement of copyright protocols within the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property or a related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years in copyright law or related fields, with experience in litigation preferred.
