We are seeking an experienced Pet Groomer to join our passionate team in Norwich. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for animals and a proven ability to provide grooming services for a variety of breeds. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the comfort and wellbeing of every pet during their grooming experience.

Responsibilities

• Groom pets according to their breed standards and client preferences.
• Educate pet owners about grooming needs and maintenance at home.
• Ensure all grooming equipment is cleaned and maintained.
• Support the team in achieving monthly grooming targets.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing stories and photos of satisfied pets.
• Attend workshops and training to expand grooming skills.
• Actively participate in maintaining a positive team culture.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Animal Management

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in professional grooming.

Technical Skills

• Scissoring Techniques
• Health & Safety Regulations

• Customer Service

Certifications

• Pet First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of pet nutrition: Ability to provide pet owners with dietary advice based on grooming needs.
