Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate clients about products and services to facilitate informed choices.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards for all equipment and treatment areas.
• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals for cross-service solutions.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing efforts to attract new clients.
• Document treatment outcomes to provide efficient follow-up care.
• Manage appointments and client schedules to optimise workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetics or equivalent
• Additional aesthetic qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working as an Aesthetician

Technical Skills

• Chemical Peels
• Microdermabrasion

• Problem-Solving
• Empathy

Certifications

• Advanced Aesthetic Certification
• Skin Care Analysis Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Sales Experience: Experience in retail sales, particularly in beauty or skincare.
