Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee operations at our Luton location. In this role, you will manage staff, optimise guest experiences, and ensure high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day hotel operations and ensure guest needs are met.
  • Drive a culture of service excellence among staff.
  • Manage staffing levels and recruitment for the hotel.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts for hotel operations.
  • Address guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to increase guest bookings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate events and group bookings to maximise revenue.
  • Communicate with local businesses to foster partnerships.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to ensure team alignment with goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration
  • Professional certifications in hospitality preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality sector with management experience
