We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Liverpool venue. The perfect candidate will lead a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the restaurant’s operations while creating a welcoming environment.
  • Evaluate and enhance service delivery standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff for career development.
  • Track sales performance and implement growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Organise events to boost community engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management
  • Degree in Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
