Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to join our talented team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creativity, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for planning and executing various events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute various types of events, from corporate functions to personal celebrations.
• Utilize project management skills to keep all event elements on track.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during events.
• Assist clients in selecting themes and designs that align with their event vision.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are in place.
• Prepare and present event proposals to clients for approval.
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation for event guests as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in event planning

Certifications
