Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Costume Attendant to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a knack for problem-solving. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their costume inquiries and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and provide excellent service at all times.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Work with team members to fulfil customer orders accurately.
  • Assist in managing the costume section and ensuring it is well-stocked.
  • Help customers with costume fittings and selection advice.
  • Handle customer complaints compassionately and efficiently.
  • Support promotional events and in-store activities.
  • Contribute to ensuring a welcoming and pleasant shopping environment.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in customer service are a plus
Experience
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
