Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a keen understanding of project management methodologies, ensuring timely delivery while managing budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables in alignment with company goals.
  • Utilise project management tools to create detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and manage expectations.
  • Assess project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and report project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Facilitate change management processes and ensure communication of updates across teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
  • PMI or equivalent project management certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology environment
Technical Skills
