UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our product range. You'll work closely with developers and stakeholders to implement designs that are not only visually appealing but also align with user needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for quality assurance.
• Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design solutions.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to improve existing products.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages

• English: Fluent
