Job Description

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify bugs, perform testing, and implement quality assurance processes, contributing significantly to our product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to align testing strategies with business goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement based on QA results.
• Engage in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of defects.
• Create and maintain documentation for testing processes and standards.
• Train and mentor junior QA analysts in best practices.
• Take an active role in sprint planning sessions and retrospectives.
• Ensure the successful delivery of quality software products on time.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in Quality Assurance is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance roles

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Frameworks
• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Accessibility Testing: Understanding of accessibility standards and tools for testing.
