We are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our Coventry team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines. You should have a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as a passion for promoting renewable energy solutions.

• Carry out maintenance schedules and report on turbine operations.
• Assist with the installation of new wind energy systems.
• Work in coordination with senior technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities.
• Ensure that tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GWO) are an advantage
• Electrical Systems Strong knowledge of electrical systems in wind turbines.
• Mechanical Systems Experienced in mechanical repairs and maintenance.
• Hydraulic Systems Understanding of hydraulic systems and their function in turbine operation.
• Problem-solving Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Teamwork Work effectively as part of a team in the field.
• GWO Basic Safety Training
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with SCADA systems: Familiarity with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation in the energy sector.
