Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel across various business sectors, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Negotiate and draft various commercial agreements.
• Support the implementation of compliance programs across the organisation.
• Identify legal risks in business processes and recommend solutions.
• Conduct investigations into potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and update company policies to ensure compliance with laws.
• Provide training on legal issues to employees and management.
• Support litigation efforts by preparing legal documentation.
• Work closely with senior management to align legal strategies with business objectives.
• Assist in the development of corporate policy and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Solicitor or Barrister qualification is preferred

• 4+ years of experience in a legal advisory role or similar position
